The comfort of Cotton and a Repaired Machine!

Now that my Juki is home from the hospital, I basted my nine-patch and started my straight-line stitching.  I had almost forgotten the feel of really good cotton, with a comfy batting, and how it feels going through my hands as I stitch.  Then there is the visual delight as I cross over the blocks that I already sewed together, and I see once again the pairing of fabrics!  Oh yes, this is exactly why I quilt!
