Sashing and New Quilt Blogger Blog Hop

It is time for the next New Quilt Blogger Blog Hop, and I am excited to be part of a very active and fun group!   I will tell you that everyone who has participated in this year's blog hop, kindly originated with Beth at Plum and June, has been helpful, quite industrious, and talented, to say the least.

First, ahem, may I show you the sashing I found for my Sailboat Block?  Mrs. Emma at my sewing and fabric shop is fabulous.  I just take my blocks in, lay them on the table, and she goes to work.  She always seems to be there and she is full of energy.  By the way, Mrs. Emma is in her 80's!

She did give me multiple warnings about cutting my sashing so the anchors would go the right way!  Mrs. Emma is amazing.

Back to the Hop!  Taking the time to visit these blogs will offer you some quilty goodies and new friendships, I am sure!
